How do I access On-Line Portfolio?
To access On-Line Portfolio, log in to your online account experience on wilmingtontrust.com. If you are currently setup for On-Line Portfolio, you will have a link in the top right of your dashboard that will send you directly to the platform. You can also click the “Reporting” tab in the top navigation bar.
What accounts can I access through On-Line Portfolio?
On-Line Portfolio provides access to accounts with investments held at Wilmington Trust.
How current is my account information in On-Line Portfolio?
The account information in On-Line Portfolio reflects previous business day information. Transactions posted to your account will be reflected in the account balance on the next business day.
What information is provided in On-Line Portfolio?

- Account activity for the previous 24 months
- Multi-currency portfolio details

How do I get set up for On-Line Statements (OLS)?
To request access to OLS, call Premier Services Monday through Friday, 8 AM to 5 PM ET at 1.800.982.4620, or email us at firstname.lastname@example.org. When OLS setup is completed, you can access your next scheduled monthly statement online.
What is the difference between On-Line Portfolio and On-Line Statements?
On-Line Portfolio (OLP) is a reporting application utilizing the same database from which statements are produced. However, OLP allows users to specify their own report criteria that may not necessarily match the criteria used to produce the trust statement. Information in OLP is updated daily with history maintained from May of 2000.
On-Line Statements (OLS) provide access to an electronic copy of the same statement that is produced in paper and mailed. It is the official statement of record for the account. Information in OLS is current as of the last statement date.
What should I do if I forget my User ID or Password?
On the login screen, select “Forgot your User ID?” to begin the user ID retrieval process or select “Forgot your Password?” to begin the password reset process. Please note that only registered online users can use these features to reset a password or retrieve a user ID. If you do not have not registered for the online account experience, please speak with your advisor or relationship manager.
